Tough Cake

 Have you eaten a tough cake? Have you experience eating a cake that instead of enjoying it,it only annoys your taste buds?Well now I will explain it to you.Maybe one of the reson is the baker used wrong flour or the baker is just using an ordinary oil that makes the cake tough.Because cakes usually put in a chiller to stablilize the frosting, and to preserve the cake.However if the baker is using an ordinary oil,it will make the oil turns to solid and makes the cake tough.So I suggest to all bakers out there, to use canola oil,corn oil,or chiffon oil for your cakes.
